Abstract
The aim of this work is to analyze the consumer behavior of esports game players using own research. Furthermore, creating an overview of the profile of the player playing the esport games, as well as creating own segmentation of players, performing segment analysis and creating a profile of players of individual segments. Create suggestions and recommendations based on the obtained data and analysis. The research itself is carried out through internet surveys. The obtained data are analyzed using PivotTables in Excel. Excel is also used to reveal segments. The output of the work is the discovery and analysis of consumer behavior of esports game players and the formulation of proposals and recommendations.
