Analýza rozdílů v motivaci závodního dorosteneckého a rekreačního hráče tenisu

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on analyzing the differences in motivation between competitive junior and recreational tennis players. The theoretical part describes basic motivation theories, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and their influence on athletic performance. The practical part includes interviews with players, SWOT analyses, and an evaluation of differences in approach, goals, and mental mindset. The results show that competitive players are more performance- and goal-oriented, while recreational players emphasize enjoyment of the game and social aspects.
