Abstract

The thesis is about the influence of the stability of center rock mass pillar in the recovery phase of the Jablunkov tunnel collapsed part. In the first part of this paper there is described the difficult history, geology and geotechnic conditions of the discussed part, which is influenced by the rehabilitation scenarios and also by the construction of new railways tunnel Jablunkov. The goal of this paper is to give an explanation of the causes of the extraordinary situation from 2009, to evaluate the rehabilitation versions applied in the tunnel failure part and to give suggestion of two rehabilitation steps made by the Plaxis software. The recovery methods are evaluated according to criteria evaluated in the conclusion of this thesis.
