Detekční kamerový systém automatického tísňového volání při havárii automobilu

Abstract

European Union put great effort to lower number of casualties and property loses due to car accidents. For this reason there are initiatives implementing mandatory SOS systems for all countries in EU. One required piece of information is about number of persons in car. This information is required by salvage and rescue service. The aim of this study is extend this system and obtain information about number of person in car by camera. This number should be detected automaticly in image. There are high requirements for accuracy and quickness. In this study the board i.MX53 from freescale is used. Programm for this board is written in C. One of the main approches in human detection is color face detection.
