Abstract
The subject of my bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the
construction of a residential building with a café in Ostrava – Přívoz. The basis for the
preparation of this documentation for the realization of the construction was the preparation of
the documentation for the building permit in the subject Ateliérová Va and the architectural
study of the object in the subject Ateliérová tvorba I. This work contains text and drawing
documentation. The text documentation is an accompanying and technical report to the given
object. The drawing part is complemented by architectural details and visualizations.
