Certifikace výrobků v neharmonizované sféře

Abstract

I’m focusing in this Master’s thesis on the voluntary certification of products in the non-harmonized sphere, assessment and use this certification to ensure the safe use of products from EU countries. In the first part is closely investigated the European Union, its administration, types of regulations and their applicability, and also the sources of European Union law. The following are discussed specific and non - specific products and the requirements of the law on these products. In the practical part I’m focusing on the application of Regulation European Parliament and of the Council No. 764/2008 and the principle of mutual recognition of certificates and products in the European Union – concrete product is conveyor belt and recognition certification both in the EU and outside the EU.
