Zhodnocení potenciálních nebezpečných stavů rozvodů koksárenského plynu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vypracováním studie HAZOP na rozvodu koksárenského plynu. V první části jsou popsány historické závažné havárie, terminologie a k čemu a proč je identifikace rizik nutná. V další části je popsán postup a nezbytné úkony pro správné provedení metody HAZOP. Poslední část popisuje zkoumanou technologii a porovnává dosažené výsledky s již vypracovanou studií pro závod. Jsou zde popsány zjištěné nedostatky a navržena opatření a vylepšení ze zjištěných nedostatků.

This thesis focuses on developing a HAZOP study on the distribution of coke oven gas. The first part describes the historical major accident, terminology and what and why risk identification required. The next section describes the process and the steps necessary for the proper performance of the method HAZOP. The last part describes the exploration of technology and compares the results with studies already prepared for the race. There are described identified weaknesses and proposed measures and improvements of identified weaknesses.
