Analýza systému důchodového pojištění v ČR

Abstract

The presented piece of work is dealing with a brief summary of the welfare system in the Czech Republic. It is mainly focused on an analysis of one of its parts: the pension scheme. The first part relates to its history, its legal system and forms of social security administration as well as circumstances and factors influencing its level. The second part describes the pension scheme and the contributory pension scheme in detail as well as the forthcoming reform of the system of pension scheme. The third part is devoted to evaluation of the pension plan, its changes and public opinion, based on a public opinion poll. The closing part concerns the inevitableness and necessity of changes, which should be carried out in the system, their difficulties and future prospects.
