Abstract
The task of the thesis is a copy of the plat as a technical base for the preparation of decisions and other documents to changes in the set of geodetic and descriptive information. Along with recording detailed measurements of changes will be the basis for the change in the land.
In the first part of the thesis I focus on the history of the plat, quote implementing regulations, then the preparatory work and drawing up their own GP and the entire record detailed measurements of changes.
