The master thesis discusses the sociological and organizational changes in the company OKD, a.s. The thesis proposes a changes of culture and strukture in company. It calls for opennes by Pyramid Company and corporate chess board. The thesis calls for transparency by digital process books. Paper proposes changes to the organizational structure and decentralization of part the company. The master thesis recommends the establishment of an internal labor market.
