Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with current technological capabilities in accumulation of energy into hydrogen, especially its use in energetics. Also it includes theory of this problematic and practical sections in which are analyzed data from the laboratory of the fuel cells VŠB-TU Ostrava.
The theory includes Chapters 1 to 6 in which are gradually discussed technological processes from production of hydrogen through its storage and its use in fuel cells to produce electricity. Description of hydrogen production is mainly directed to the production of hydrogen by electrolysis of water, but there are other options for its production. The technologies of storage are described as conventional methods, well proven technologies of storage, but also alternative technologies that are still in the stage of research and development. Further this thesis includes a description of the various types of fuel cells, in which takes place the conversion of hydrogen into electrical energy. In the end of the theoretical part there are comparisons of different technologies of accumulation in energy and also here are presented some already realized projects of accumulation of energy into hydrogen.
Practical work is included in Chapter 7 in which are analyzed data from measurements Hogen GC600 electrolyser and fuel cell module NEXA Power Module.
