Analýza konkurenceschopnosti firmy NOVING, s.r.o.

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is the analysis of competitiveness of the Ltd Company, NOVING, s.r.o. during last ten years. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with four basic factors which influence the market position of the company. Among those belong the productivity, quality, flexibility and innovation potential. The practical part of this thesis is based on the sales of floor gratings of the last ten years. There are defined influences which affect and have affected the company and also the product prices. SWOT analysis and Porter’s Five Forces Analysis tries to find strengthens and weaknesses of the company but also threats which result from existing competition. Current competitors of the Ltd Company, NOVING, s.r.o. and comparision of their revenues for services are mentioned also in this thesis.
