Optimalizace prostorového uspořádání skladu

Abstract

This Bachelor thesis titled Optimization of Warehouse Layout deals with the design of the storage areas in a company ZPV Rožnov, s. r. o. The aim is to analyse and evaluate the current situation and after that suggest a solution leading to optimum utilization of a warehouse of the company. Logistics, classification of inventory and stores and methods of warehouse layout are defined in the theoretical part of the work. The practical part describes the company and analyses the current situation of warehouse management system. According to the analysis of results a new disposition of the warehouse leading to improvement is suggested.
