Abstract

The contents of this work is the development of documentation for building residential house in the village Razová. The aim was to design a residential building that would meet all technical, operational requirements of this era and happy offer happy modern living. The house is designed so as to freely incorporate the existing buildings and interfere so that the nature of the community . When the proposal was put emphasis on simplicity and practicality, rather better housing for less people than vice versa. The basis for the proposal was a personal tour of the map data and additional research and analysis around. The final version of the thesis is a summary of all identified circumstances, the applicable rules regulations and standards.
