Negativní dopady požárů na životní prostředí

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to assess the environmental impacts of fire water through ecotoxicological tests, including a proposal for the sampling method of these waters. First section describes the selected environmental fires of the past, related legislation and available foreign materials. The next step is to assess the current state of the fire water retention, including their method of sampling. Determination ecotoxicity of fire water through the ecotoxicological test Bioluminescence inhibition test marine bacteria Vibrio fischeri and Test of semi-chronic toxicity on the seeds of white mustard (Sinapis alba). The last part is to assess the evaluation including design of measures to mitigate the negative environmental impacts of fires.
