Abstract
This master‘s thesis describes the process of developing tools to simulate the inputs and outputs of the controlled system. The simulator operates on the principle of simulation method Hardware in the Loop, therefore, on the same platform as the control system. It is an application that is capable of real-time to respond to the requirements of the control system and simultaneously transmit the appropriate output signals which are input to the control system. With simulated calculation is possible to improve the safety and reliability of the unit. A software model to simulate the individual elements of the controlled system is written in STEP7, which are programmed programmable logic controllers. Simulation tool is parameterized and operated via the visualization created in Promotic.
