Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with measuring the satisfaction of high school students with dance courses. It focuses on clients of Flodur dance school, who graduated from basic dance in 2019. The reason for finding satisfaction is personal experience and a share in the provision of this service. The thesis contains a description of dance courses with a detailed characteristic of dance lessons in Havirov. Related factors are also described not only in the distribution of teaching. The theoretical basis for measuring satisfaction is also laid down. Explains the necessary concepts and methods of measurement. The research methodology indicates how the questionnaire survey was carried out, how the necessary data were collected and characterized by respondents. The results of the questionnaire have been analyzed and correspond to the questions asked. This information helps Flodur dance school focus on weaknesses and strengths. Suggestions and recommendations address what are the possibilities to improve client satisfaction. They highlight factors that are justified by the resulting satisfaction and provide possible solutions to eliminate potential dissatisfaction.
