Účetní a daňová specifika u reklamní společnosti

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Účetní a daňová specifika u reklamní společnosti“ je charakterizovat tuto společnost, a zaměřit se na její účetní a daňové aspekty. První část je věnována způsobu a zásadám jejího účtování, její dlouhodobý majetek, účetní závěrka a způsob provádění finanční analýzy. Druhá část práce je pak věnována aktuálnímu problému této společnosti, a tím je finanční leasing. Jsou zde porovnávány nabídky třech leasingových společností a poté doporučena nejvýhodnější nabídka. Ve třetí části jsou řešeny daňové aspekty. Mezi daňové povinnosti patří daň z příjmu právnických osob, silniční daň a daň z přidané hodnoty.

The subject of the thesis "Accounting and tax specifics of advertising company" is to characterize this company, and focus on its financial and tax aspects. The first part is devoted to methods and principles of accounting, the assets, financial statements and the implementation of financial analysis. The second part is devoted to the current issue of this company, and that is financial leasing. They are compared here offer three leasing companies, and then recommended the best offer. The third part dealt with the tax aspects. The tax charge includes corporate income tax, road tax and value added tax.
