Využití informací vnitropodnikového účetnictví ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Má diplomová práce je zaměřena na využití informací vnitropodnikového účetnictví ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem je zpracování teoretických pojmů a jejich aplikace v praxi. Vymezení hlavních pojmů souvisejících s vnitropodnikovým účetnictvím je uvedeno v teoretické části diplomové práce. Praktická část se zabývá popisem vnitropodnikového účetnictví a organizační struktury ve společnosti ČSAD Hodonín a. s. Organizační struktura podniku je graficky znázorněna a na ni navazuje vysvětlení, jak společnost využívá vnitropodnikové informace pro fungování podniku. Výsledkem práce je podrobné zobrazení současné situace v podniku, které vedení používá k řízení společnosti. Všechny podstatné informace jsou shrnuty v závěru práce.

My diploma thesis focuses on using the in-house bookkeeping information in a chosen company. It pays attention to theoretical terms and their application in practise. The theoretical part of the thesis includes a definition of the principal terms related to the in-house bookkeeping; the practical part describes the in-house bookkeeping and the organizational structure of the joint-stock company CSAD Hodonín a.s. The organizational structure is presented graphically, followed by the explanation how the company uses the in-house information for the enterprise operation. The diploma thesis results in a detailed presentation of the contemporary situation in the enterprise. All the significant information is summarized in the Conclusion of the thesis.
