Areál Lembergerovy tkalcovny ve Frýdku Místku a její regenerace

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je „Areál Lembergerovy tkalcovny ve Frýdku-Místku a její regenerace“. Práce je rozdělena na rešeršní, analytickou a návrhovou část. Rešeršní práce je zaměřena na historický vývoj areálu a jeho širšího okolí a popis životního prostředí, demografických údajů a dopravní infrastruktury. Byly vybrány příklady úspěšných regeneraci brownfieldů z České republiky, ale i ze zahraničí. Analytická část je zaměřena na detailní popis zájmové lokality a vyhodnocení jednotlivých analýz. Návrh byl zpracován na základě vypracovaných analýz zájmové lokality a jejího přilehlého okolí. Navržené využití je v souladu s územním plánem Statutárního města Frýdek-Místek.

The topic of this diploma thesis is „The premises of the Lemberger textile factory in Frýdek-Místek and its regeneration “. This work is divided into research, analytical and proposal part. The research part is focused on the historical development of the area and its wider surroundings and a description of the environment, demographic data, and transport infrastructure. There are given examples of successful regeneration in Czech Republic and in abroad. The analytical part is focused on a detailed description of the area of interest and evaluation of individual analyses. The proposal is based on results of elaborated analyses. The proposed use is in accordance with zoning plan of the Statutory City Frýdek-Místek.
