Vliv revitalizace panelových domů na energetické úspory bydlení

Abstract

In my thesis I examined the amount of energy and cost savings resulting from the revitalization of panel buildings. For the evaluation I chose panel buildings in the administration of a cooperative building society Hodoňan. The aim of this thesis was to identify and analyze grants which can exploit cooperative building society and also quantify the energy and financial savings which can be achieved by revitalizing the housing stock. Hypotheses that were tested assuming that the cost savings referred to in the energy audit with the real values and reported energy savings are cost effective due to repayments of the loan. It was found that the assumptions do not correspond to an actual energy audit and hypothesis was thus refuted. Realized cost savings were higher and they are therefore economically efficient due to repayments of the loan.
