Abstract
This bachelor thesis is focused on issues of income, processing and publishing information in Public administration based on valid legislation with usage of software equipment. The thesis is focused on valid law no. 106/2000 sb., about providing the information subsequently amended. It mentions the information provided by written requests, posting up by official boards, by website, by output of the council, counsellor and individual committee meetings.
