Abstract

The bachelor thesis was to assess the satisfaction of citizens of the Slovak Republic to the current electronic services of public interest and innovation in this field. The theoretical part is focused on Marketing services namely on Marketing Services Public Administration. The application part shows interpretation of the questionnaire and essential questions. Used as the primary data is displayed via a graph The last part consists of proposals and recommendations for government agencies involved in electronic government services and institutions of state administration and local authorities.
