Analýza personálních činností ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

My thesis work is called “Selected Personnel Activities Analysis”. It is focused on motivation and education in the company called Lesostavby Frýdek – Místek. It is divided in five chapters, including an introduction and a conclusion. The introduction is followed by the chapter describing the company. Then, I focus on motivation and education in the next chapter. I carried out the questionnaire survey and its result evaluation is listed in the following chapter. My bachelor thesis target is to get acquainted with terms of motivation and education and to find out the current status of motivation and education in Lesostavby Frýdek – Místek.
