Technologický předpis provádění vnitřních nenosných konstrukcí bytového domu

Abstract

Hlavnou náplňou tejto bakalárskej práce je riešenie projektovej dokumentácie pre realizáciu stavby bytového domu. Súčasťou tejto bakalárskej práce je spracovanie projektu bytového domu pre stavebné povolenie, tepelne technické posúdenia konštrukcií budovy, technologický predpis zhotovenia vnútorných nenosných konštrukcií, riešenie zásad organizácie výstavby, časový plán výstavby a rozpočet stavby. Tepelne technické posúdenie sa zameriava na riešenie vybraných detailov ako napr. podlahovej konštrukcie na teréne, obvodovej konštrukcie a strešného plášťa. Predmetom technologickej časti je riešenie technologického predpisu zhotovovania vnútorných nenosných konštrukcií a porovnanie časovej a ekonomickej náročnosti pri použití rôznych typov vnútorných nenosných konštrukcií. Ide o porovnanie murovaných priečok Porotherm a sadrokartónových priečok.

The main scope of this thesis is to address the implementation of project documentation for construction of residential house. Part of this thesis project is processing a building permit for construction, heat-technical assessment of the building, technological provision of construction of internal non-load bearing structures, addressing principles of the construction, the construction schedule and construction budget. Thermally technical assessment focuses on the solution of selected details such as. on the ground floor structure, the external wall and roof cladding. The object of the technological solution is technological rule of construction of internal non-load bearing structures and comparison of time and economic demands with various types of internal non-load bearing structures. This is a comparison Porotherm bricked walls and drywall partitions.
