Abstract

The subject of bachelor´s exam called „The quality improvement of selected documents“ is monitored, the analysis and subsequent proposal of a selected non-production organization process optimization. There were a partial processes selected – demand and offer proceedings. It comes to its analysis, based on which the imperfections were being found and possible improvements are suggested in order to increase the company productivity. The proposed suggestion should speed up the cycle and facilitate the employees´ jobs and lead to customer satisfaction this way. The common goal is the overall efficiency and optimization of process and achievement of a broad-wide satisfaction of customers. The target was met, was designed to improve the flow of two demands and orders, when time was significantly shortened.
