Fyzická ochrana objektů v centru města mobilními službami a technickými prostředky soukromé bezpečnostní agentury

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku zabezpečení objektů v centru města s využitím fyzické ostrahy. Řeší také problematiku systémů technické ochrany objektu, především tísňových tlačítek, které slouží k přivolání fyzické ostrahy. V úvodní části práce jsou umístěny právní základy vztahující se na činnost komerční bezpečnosti, a také technické normy. Další kapitola popisuje bezpečnostní systém v České republice. Následuje kapitola zabývající se systémy ochrany objektu. S touto problematikou souvisí také statistika, která je uvedena v další kapitole. Následně se věnuji již vybrané oblasti, jejím popisem, analýzou rizik a opatřeními. V závěru práce pokračuje třemi konkrétními návrhy variant, volbou jedné z nich a její aplikaci.

The aim of diploma thesis is the security of buildings in a city centers using elements of physical security. The thesis also deals with methods of technical security of such buildings, especially using of emergency buttons and panels used for calling a physical security entity. Introduction part of this thesis contains legal base information regarding the commercial security and technical standards. Next chapter describes security system in the Czech republic and following chapter deals with systems used for building's security. With statistics, which is closely related with the systems of building's security, deals another chapter. Finally the thesis deals with a selected area, with its description of risk analysis and with its precaution. The thesis brings three variants of designed security solutions where one of the variants is taken to final implementation.
