Abstract

HRDINKOVÁ, A.: House by the Slag Heap, Bachelor's Thesis, Ostrava. VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture 2025. Thesis Supervisor: Ing. arch. Sandra Jüttnerová. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the development of project documentation for the construction of a detached family house on plot no. 2667, in the cadastral area of Slezská Ostrava, in accordance with the valid Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on construction documentation. The basis for this bachelor's thesis is an architectural study from the course Architectural Design I (academic year 2023/2024), supervised by Ing. arch. Sandra Jüttnerová. This study was further developed and revised in the course Architectural Design V (academic year 2025/2026), supervised by Ing. arch. Sandra Jüttnerová, in collaboration with the building construction consultant, Ing. Marek Jašek, Ph.D. The bachelor's thesis includes the project documentation for the construction and a text part containing the accompanying and summary technical reports related to the object and the plot. The appendices include the drawing documentation of the designed building and the architectural design.
