Abstract
Bachelor thesis deals with Body Surface Potential Mapping. This method is relatively new way of measuring electrical activity of heart. Because of its complexity is not ordinarily used in a clinical practice unlike ECG. Measuring of electrical potential is realized by dense net of electrodes on the chest surface. Once data have been measured, it is needed to process them. Processing of data means firstly their prepocessing, where signal is separated from undesirable drift in order to not making the less quality signal. Then there is a creating the amplitude map (one of possible map), where spreading the potential on the chest surface is displayed. Potential maps serve to better diagnosis of heart diseases thanks to dense net of electrodes.
