Hodnocení forem a stupně zajištění pohledávek

Abstract

Tématem mé diplomové práce je hodnocení forem zajištění pohledávek v dopravní firmě. V teoretické části se zabývám nejprve obecnou charakteristikou pohledávek a zajištěním pohledávek před a po uzavření smlouvy. V praktické části popisuji firmu Lubomír Kowalczyk, Autodoprava. Následně provádím analýzu současného stavu zajištění pohledávek v této firmě a vyhodnocuji tento stav jako nedostatečný. V poslední části diplomové práce navrhuji zlepšení stávajícího stavu zajištění pohledávek a vyčísluji náklady na toto zlepšení.

The topic of my thesis is to evaluate the claims forms of security in the transport business. The theoretical part deals with the first general characteristics of claims and reinsurance claims before and after the conclusion of the contract. The practical part describes the company Lubomír Kowalczyk, Autodoprava. Subsequently, the analysis of the current state to guarantee the debts of the company and evaluate the situation as insufficient. In the last part, I propose to improve the current state of security for claims and quantifies the cost of such improvements.
