Systém nakládání s odpady ve společnosti MAHLE Behr Ostrava s.r.o.

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on waste management in one of the many innovative companies in the automotive industry, MAHLE Behr Ostrava Ltd. At first, MAHLE company is characterized, as the current majority owner of the former Behr producing thermoregulatory systems for automobiles. Following chapters present the production process, which materials and substances enter it, and the most important, what kinds of wastes are generated and how they are handled. A part dealing with waste management system consists mainly of related legislation introduced into practice, ways of collecting the waste and the relationship between the company MAHLE Behr Ostrava Ltd. and the company FCC Environment, which is an authorized person to take the waste over and dispose it off according to the current legislation. The concluding chapter presents suggestions for improvement after the assessment of options.
