Analýza a návrh řešení poruchových stavů vybraných automatických linek

Abstract

The manufacturing plant of Continental Automotive Systems situated in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm is one of the major global manufacturers and suppliers of electronic components for the automotive industry. Most of manufacturing processes at its automatic lines are controlled by intelligent logic controllers Simatic made by Siemens while communication between individual electronic devices is usually proceeded by a bus of Profibus. The aim of this thesis is to analyse and eliminate problems of some sophisticated automatic production lines caused by PLC Simatic control or by Profibus communication and on that account to avoid malfunction time and financial losses.
