Abstract
The aim of my thesis was to determine the current status and level of strategic management
at Nejci Furniture Ltd. Based on the review findings and research on the company to propose measures to improve the established order, so the company has developed and increased its market share of products in the Czech Republic and abroad. The thesis should be a guide on what to look for and how to proceed, so it is a model build strategic analysis.
Research itself pointed to large gaps and mismatches. In the company are set barriers to the effective functioning of the management and planning. Unwillingness and lack of time company owners wake up suspicion of indifference, unwillingness to take action or to solve. Lack of feedback is a clear example of inefficient adjustment in the firm, or uncontrolled state of chaos. Strategic setting in the company plays an important role and is actually on the management of the company to realize this problem.
For Nejci furniture company ltd I recommended the strategy of differentiation, ranks among the general strategic approaches. This strategy should ensure that the company focus on company's reputation and the relationship with customers and suppliers. Product extensions, penetration in other markets, anchoring internal policies, introducing new methods to improve a firm position among all those with which it cooperates.
