Abstract
The diploma thesis is solved for an apartment house in Blansko consisting of an administrative part on the first floor and housing units on the second and third floors. The work is divided into two parts, where the first part deals with the construction part and the second part is the calculation part, where I deal with the design of heating. Heating is solved by means of an air-to-water heat pump. Hot water will be heated in an indirect hot water tank. The building will be heated by underfloor heating and tubular radiators in the bathrooms of the apartments.
