Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the remuneration system and employee benefits in a selected comercial company. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current remuneration and benefits system, to theoretically describe aspects of the wage system, employee motivation, and employee benefits, and based on the results of a questionnaire survey among employees, to suggest improvements and possible innovations. The theoretical part of the thesis is developed to the basis concepts of the wage system, motivation and employee benefits. The practical part is divided into two sections. The first focuses on the company’s structure and a description of the current remuneration system. The second part analyzes employee benefits in the selected company and the evaluation of the results obtained from the conducted questionnaire survey. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the findings and proposes changes aimed at increasing employee satisfaction and motivation.
