Dodací podmínky INCOTERMS v mezinárodní obchodní praxi

Abstract

This thesis is mainly focused on the delivery terms INCOTERMS, which are among the non-governmental means of regulation, specifically characteristic of the latest version of these terms INCOTERMS® 2010. It is also aimed on the analysis of the use of delivery parity in a specific company and demonstrates the selection of suitable clauses on the specific business case of Massag, a.s. The first part focuses on the development of business usages, specifically on the development of delivery terms INCOTERMS. In the second part is the analysis of the mentioned joint-stock company. The last part contains detailed analysis of delivery terms INCOTERMS® 2010 and the last chapter contains an analysis of the specific business case in terms of delivery mentioned company which is from the position of exporters.
