Moderní způsoby vzdělávání v oblasti BOZP

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku vhodnosti použití způsobů vzdělávání v oblasti BOZP a požární ochrany dle platné legislativy. Jsou definovány základní pojmy jako např. školení, instruktáž, coaching a brainstorming, a přiblížena zákonná povinnost zaměstnavatelů provádět školení. Dále je zaměřena na oblast formování pracovních schopností člověka, oblast metodiky vzdělávání a provedení porovnání problematiky v různých společnostech. V praktické části je zpracována studie ve společnosti ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s., týkající se vzdělávacích potřeb v oblasti BOZP, požární ochrany a prevence závažných havárií. Rovněž je uveden návrh interaktivního způsobu vzdělávání na základě analýzy a profilu společnosti a způsobu vzdělávání.

This thesis addresses the issue of the suitability of the methods of training in the area of Health and Safety and the fire protection by valid legislation. Are defined basic terms, such as training, education, coaching and brainstorming, and discussed the legal duty to carry out training. The next chapters is focusined on the area of the formation of the working abilities of humans, the education methodology and performance of comparison of the issue in the different companies. In the practical part is elaborated the case study in ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s., concerning the educational needs in the area of Health and Safety, the fire protection and prevention of major accidents. Likewise is provided a proposal of interactive way of education based on the analysis and the company's profile and method of education.
