Zahájení podnikání v malé firmě

Abstract

The subject of my bachelor work is “Establishment of small and medium businesses” with the aim to “assess individual forms of business, choose the most suitable one and elaborate a business plan to be the backbone of the entire business”. The theoretical part is based on specialized publications concerning this issue. Moreover, I carried out comparisons of establishment of a private individual firm and a corporate body using professional literature and, having analyzed the individual ways of business, I chose the most suitable one. The practical part includes elaboration of the business plan focused on establishment of a company carrying business in the area of collective purchasing, i.e. sales of discount vouchers. The business plan focuses on all crucial points which a good business plan should include, e.g. description of the business opportunity, proprietary and legal relations, position of the firm in the market, financial plan, etc. The bachelor work meets, in my opinion, the target mentioned in the opening part of this work and the business itself, i.e. the practical part of the work, is also feasible.
