Abstract

The thesis summarizes the current use of electric detonators at the Krásné quarry with the aim of implementing non-electric detonators. For this purpose, the geological, hydrogeological, and geographical conditions of the deposit's current state are characterized. Furthermore, the current blasting procedures at the Krásné quarry are evaluated. Subsequently, the current use of different types of detonators in blasting operations at the Krásné quarry is described and assessed. Based on these analyses, the implementation of non-electric detonators at the Krásné quarry is proposed.
