Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je návrh nového systému spolupráce se studenty středních škol ve společnosti zabývající se dopravou. Cílem této práce je navrhnout motivační program pro studenty středních odborných škol a nastavit stipendijní program tak, aby je motivoval ke studiu podporovaných oborů na středních školách. První část se zabývá popisem společnosti, pro kterou je motivační program tvořen. V druhé části jsou nastíněny teoretické poznatky, ze kterých se v diplomové práci vychází. Ve třetí části jsou hodnoceny výsledky dotazníkového průzkumu a je navrhnuta struktura motivačního programu. Ve čtvrté poslední části je pak tento motivační program ekonomicky zhodnocen a jednotlivé varianty je možné porovnávat mezi sebou z hlediska peněžních výdajů.

The theme of the dissertation is to design a new system of cooperation with students at secondary school for a company engaged in transportation. The purpose of this disertation is to propose a motivation program for students at secondary technical school and set up a scholarship program in a way which would motivate them to study the sponsored technical specialisation at secondary shool. First part describes the company which the motivation program is designed for. The second part outlines the theoretical knowledge which the disertation was based on. In the third part results from questionary research are evaluated and the structure of the motivation program is proposed. In the fourth and last part this motivation program is economically evaluated so the individual variants can be compared with each other in terms of financial expenses.
