Hodnocení mechanických vlastností technické keramiky

Abstract

In the thesis is carried out the fundamental research of the characteristics of ceramic materials. The structure and basic classification was carried out. The mechanical and physical properties were also discussed. The characteristics of mechanical ways of measuring hardness as an important mechanical properties of ceramic materials were discussed in details. An attention was also paid to important material properties of ceramics, fracture toughness. Attention was paid to the indentation technique, used int this thesis. Equally important was the attention paid to important adverse properties of ceramics, which is fragility. Its causes were discussed and outlined the possibilities of its elimination. In the experimental part was an indentation technique using a relationship Liang et.al. assayed fracture toughness of ceramic cutting Al2O3 + ZrO2 weighting the two forces.
