Abstract

The theme of this thesis is analysis of the use of marketing communication tools e-shop. The objective of of this work was to analyze the marketing communication e-shop seller commemorative coins and medals, to assess the impact of marketing tools on the marketability and attendance e-shop. The work consists of seven parts. The earliest are written theoretical foundations of marketing communications in the Internet. An overview of the online store. Methodology of research and analysis of marketing communication. On the basis of correlation and regression analysis of the data was processed and made ​​suggestions and recommendations.
