Abstract

This thesis is concerned with issues existing development of information and communication technologies in emergency call receiving systems and operational control systems. The main aim of this thesis is to describe and compare the systems used in our country and abroad, further to show today's modern technology in this area and suggest possible improvements to our functional system. Apart from solving the main aim of this thesis is here in the early chapters a brief of introduction to the issue and the reasons why it is still necessary to solve this issue.
