Zhodnocení implementece standardů v podmínkách vybraných městských knihoven

Abstract

This thesis is focused on Standards of a good library. There are descibed standards of public services and the quality of provided services on the given issue. The thesis contains practical part where there are analysed and evaluated chosen public libraries. They are assessed according to a subjective scoring method and TOPSIS method. In the end, there is carried out the comparison of both approaches.
