Abstract
This bachelor's thesis concerned with the strategic analysis for setting up a small bakery. The work will introduce a factual bakery, which we will analyze. The theoretical part will explain the strategy and define the individual analyzes that we will use in the work. First, the theory of the external environment and its analysis will be outlined. Then, the theory of the internal environment and its analysis will be outlined. The practical part will describe the history of the bakery and its products, preset ideas for improvement. Based on the overall analysis, a SWOT analysis and the resulting strategies will be created. At the end of the work, the whole work will be evaluated and the author will suggest possible solutions for the company.
