Systém pro řešení personalizované marketingové komunikace se zpětnou vazbou

Abstract

The goal of this work is to create a system to support marketing processes realized through the Internet. The solution is a system to compose and send personalized newsletters with automatically processed feedback.The solution should be designed through object oriented programming, including object data model (ORM), the three-tier architecture (MVC) of the Zend Framework. Web parts should have elements of Web 2.0. The analysis will be created using UML. The system would be developed in iterations, and covered by unit tests.
