Abstract
InvaliditaThe bachelor thesis deals with the employment of people with disabilities by a selected employer. The thesis deals with theoretical knowledge in the field of employment of people with disabilities and individual legal aspects that are related to the issue in the Czech Republic. The analysis at a specific employer was then carried out in several ways, mainly by means of forms, by means of an interview and by subsequent evaluation and comparison of the information obtained. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether there are larger differences between employing healthy individuals and people with disabilities.
