Abstract
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis was analysis of the consumer’s behavior on the internet by the shopping of the computer equipment, from which should float suggestions and recommendations for the effective e-shop’s performance. In the thesis were clarified the definitions concerning the internet, e-marketing and shopping on the internet also. There was presented Alfa computer e-shop. For fill the aim was realized marketing research by the electronic polling. Questionnaire investigation was performed on the more than 200 informants. Suggestions and recommendations were specified on the basis of the records of marketing research.
