Abstract
The aim of my thesis is to evaluate the efficiency of the investment company and recommend the most appropriate form of financing investment. These are the undertaking Nordic Steel, Ltd., who decided to buy CNC cutting machine. This thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are explained in detail all the concepts related to investment decisions and methods of evaluating the effectiveness of investments. In the practical part of the method have been calculated and graphs generated according to which we eventually identify the different forms of financing and the company was recommended the most suitable form of financing investment.
