Hotel v Ostravě

Abstract

The subject of my bachelor thesis is preparation of project documentation for construction of the hotel. The basis for processing final documentation was an urban study, which was created in subject Ateliérová tvorba III. From the urban study arose the concept of the hotel, which was further processed in subjcet Ateliérova tvorba IV and gave formation to an architectural study. Hotel is situated in Ostrava near Masaryk Square between Zámecka and Purkyňova street. It is an eight-storey building with six floor of an accommodation character, in the ground floor there is a hotel reception and a smaller restaurant. Basement floor offers acces to the hotel from an undergound parking lot and also serves as place for technical background.
